How it Works
Immersive English is a unique hybrid language course with two components: Homestudy and Classroom. Homestudy helps improve reading, vocabulary, comprehension, and listening skills, serving as essential preparation for group discussions. Exercises are derived from authentic English media sources such as The Guardian Newspaper, BBC, Wikipedia, TED Talks, Youtube, etc. In the Classroom component, the primary focus is on conversation, offering participants the opportunity to practice and enhance their fluency through engaging paired discussions with fellow students.
Homestudy
- authentic reading and listening material
- vocabulary exercises
- comprehesion questions
- discussion questions (self-generated)
- watch and listen to language in context
- pause, rewind, or listen again to video exercises
- work at your own pace (homstudy is avaiable 6 days in advance)
Classroom
- 90 minutes dedicated to conversation
- 12 participants (minimum)
- pair work (all exercises)
- begin by checking homework in pairs
- change partner every 7-10 mins
- continue with longer sessions of 10-15 mins each
- aim to talk with at least four participants every session
Who is this course for?
Immersive English is designed for learners who want to improve their fluency in English. Participants must have a minimum level of B1 in English, be willing to dedicate two hours per week to homestudy and attend classroom once for ninety minutes of paired discussions.The course is ideal for participants who can answer Yes to all the following statements

What We Offer
We create engaging lessons built around video that demand active participation—not just attendance.
Immersive English is a 48-week language course spanning four terms. Students aiming to enhance their fluency will benefit most from completing the entire program. After the initial 12-week course, participants can choose to extend their learning journey for an additional 36 weeks to deepen their language proficiency.
The course seamlessly integrates homestudy and classroom sessions, combining passive and active learning. The materials are crafted to expose learners to a wide range of authentic voices and opinions.
